Methods 15 cases suspicious of CHPS sick children patients were injected fluid into stomach , through high frequency ultrasound dynamic observation to match variation when fluid pass through pyloric canal and check the thickness of pyloric muscular thickness , diameter of pylorus and length of pyloric canal .
方法在15例疑为CHPS的患儿胃管内注入液体，经高频超声动态观察液体通过幽门管时的变化并测量幽门肌层厚度、幽门直径及幽门管长度。
